The city will begin bridge deck repairs on the northbound Norwood Bridge on Queen Elizabeth Way beginning Monday.
Two lanes of northbound traffic over the Red River will be maintained at all times. The repairs are expected to be completed in mid-September.
The city also announced the temporary closure of Munroe Avenue between Henderson Highway and Brazier Street beginning Monday at 6 a.m. until Thursday, June 18. The closure is to accommodate a catch basin repair. Pedestrian access will be maintained during this time.
Motorists are advised to allow for additional travel time or to use alternate routes in this area to reach their destinations.
