Police Seek Man Who Exposed Himself on Clifton Street

Winnipeg Police CrestWinnipeg police are looking for a man they say exposed himself to a 28-year-old woman on June 18.

The woman was walking at around 5:30 p.m. in the area of Clifton Street between Portage Avenue and St. Matthews Avenue when the incident occurred. She noticed an unknown man walking towards her who made eye contact. Police say he then exposed himself and continued walking.

The suspect is described as an aboriginal man in his mid to late 20s, 5’10” – 5’11” tall, 200 lbs., medium build and short dark hair. He was wearing a baggy T-shirt with a red “Air Jordan” symbol on the front, baggy blue jeans and belt.

Police say the suspect’s description is similar to an incident on June 20, when a man exposed himself in the 3300 block of Portage Avenue.
