Winnipeg police say they have arrested three people, including two teens, after a joyride that ended in a store robbery.
Police said four suspects in a stolen Honda Civic went to a convenience store on London Avenue Monday at about 4:15 a.m. The quartet hid their faces and produced a knife before robbing the clerk of cash and cigarettes.
The suspects then fled, only to be tracked down a short while later in the 300 block of Austin Street N.
Police have arrested three of the four, including a 15-year-old boy, who is charged with robbery, disguise with intent, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, and possession of a weapon.
Sabrina Paquette, 18, and Chelsea Loutit, 23, faces charges of robbery and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
The investigation continues.
