A stolen bike used to assist a person with disabilities has been recovered.

The unique bicycle — valued at $2,500 — was stolen from a garage in the area of Warde Avenue and Paddington Road, sometime between July 3 and 13.

Winnipeg police say the bike has since been located and is back in the hands of the owner in south St. Vital.
