The city will close the southbound Route 90 ramp off Portage Avenue to traffic beginning Wednesday.
The closure will impact the ramp from Century Street that runs from westbound Portage Avenue until August 11.
The closure is to accommodate road maintenance work. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
Detour signs will be posted in the area that will direct traffic to northbound St. James Street, to westbound Ness Avenue, to access Route 90. Motorists are advised to plan for additional travel time to reach their destinations.
