Hydro pole replacement will knock out power to residents in Winnipeg’s west end on Wednesday and Thursday.
About 1,100 customers will be affected on August 26 between 10 a.m. and noon in the following areas:
- Winnipeg Ave. to Elgin Ave. and Tecumseh St. to McPhillips St.
- Alverstone St. to Victor St. and Wellington Ave. to Winnipeg Ave.
On August 27, power will be out from Sherbrook St. to Spence St. and Portage Ave to Ellice Ave. between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
About 420 customers will be impacted.
Traffic signals in the areas mentioned will also be out while crews are at work.
