A Dauphin man is facing charges after RCMP say he passed out on his porch with a rifle tucked inside the waistband of his pants.
Police were called to a home on Main Street South last Saturday, where they found the man intoxicated.
Officers discovered the sawed off .22 caliber gun during their search.
Graham Philip Tyler Wood, 25, has been charged with a number of offences, including possessing a weapon while prohibited and breach of probation.
He was taken into custody and appeared in court earlier today.
