The Manitoba Moose 2.0 will play their first home game in Winnipeg on Thursday, October 15.
The reborn again AHL club’s 2015-16 regular season schedule has them hosting the Ontario Reign, the new AHL affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, at MTS Centre that night.
It will be a four-game homestand for the Moose, who will play the Reign again on October 17, followed by two games against the Lake Erie Monsters on October 22 and 24.
The 76-game schedule begins with Manitoba on the road for back-to-back games against the Toronto Marlies on October 9 and 10.
Local fans can catch the Moose in their longest stretch at home beginning New Year’s Eve with an eight-game contest lasting until January 13. The Iowa Wild, Grand Rapids Griffins, Toronto Marlies and Lake Erie Monsters will all visit MTS Centre during that time.
