A two-vehicle crash in the town of Anola has claimed the life of a 45-year-old Winnipeg woman.
The crash happened Friday evening when a northbound SUV travelling on Highway 12 struck an eastbound car on Highway 15.
There were two people in each of the vehicles, who were all taken to hospital for treatment of injuries. The deceased woman was a passenger in the car and succumbed to her injuries in hospital.
Alcohol isn’t considered a factor and police are continuing to investigate.
No names are being released.
