With only nine days to go until ManyFest, organizers are seeking runners to lace up for one of the many components of the giant street party.
The Electric Donkey Run is Saturday, September 12 and travels 5 km from The Forks to the finish line at the festival site.
“The Electric Donkey Run is such a fun addition to ManyFest,” said Stefano Grande, executive director of the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ. “The runners in their glowing outfits make their way through downtown and into the festival site, lighting up Broadway and creating a truly festive atmosphere!”
Aside from the run, ManyFest will encompass more than 20 food trucks, farmers’ and artisans’ markets, afterhours parties, DJs, Ciclovia and other activities.
