A 41-year-old Dauphin man has died after his vehicle lost control just south of the Manitoba city on Sunday night.
Police say the Chevrolet Impala was travelling southbound on Road 110 West at around 10 p.m. when it left the road. The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene, while his passenger — a 38-year-old woman from Duck Bay — was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Speed and alcohol are believed to be contributing factors.
Police are continuing to investigate.
