The Manitoba government is funding a new multi-purpose science classroom at Arborg Collegiate.

The province will contribute $420,000 to the Evergreen School Division to renovate an existing chemistry lab, which will include a chemical storage and preparation area.

“We want our students to learn on the best equipment available to prepare them for careers right here at home,” said Premier Greg Selinger. “This is an investment in the students of Arborg and their futures.”

New equipment and classroom space support the implementation of Manitoba’s updated high school science curriculum.
