All Winnipeg Liquor Marts will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except for cityplace which will be closed. Most Liquor Marts outside of Winnipeg will be operating on their regular Sunday schedule.

All City of Winnipeg indoor swimming pools will be closed on Monday, October 12 with the exception of the Pan Am Pool and the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex.
On Monday, October 12, the Pan Am Pool will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex will be open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Regular hours are in effect for all indoor pools on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11.
All Winnipeg Public Libraries will be closed on Monday, October 12.
Animal Services Agency
The Animal Services Agency will be closed on Monday, October 12.
Cemetery grounds at Brookside, St. Vital and Transcona Cemeteries will be open for visitation from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. over the Thanksgiving weekend, including Monday, October 12.

Winnipeg Parking Authority
To accommodate construction to the customer service area on the main floor of the Winnipeg Parking Authority office building at 495 Portage Avenue, the Winnipeg Parking Authority office will be closed on Friday, October 9 and will reopen on Tuesday, October 13 at noon.
All City of Winnipeg golf courses will be open from sunrise to sunset on Monday, October 12.
