Winnipeg football fans won’t have to dig deeper to renew their season tickets with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
The football club says prices for season ticket holders will remain unchanged for 2016 in general seating sections P1-P7.
“With no ticket price increase for 2016 and a reduction on the cost of parking passes, we want our season ticket members to know we have listened to them and they are valued,” said Wade Miller, Blue Bombers’ president and CEO.
On-campus parking for a full season will be reduced from $200 to $185 plus GST.
Miller also attempted to ease the frustration of football fans in a press release the club sent out early Thursday regarding the team’s record this season.
“GM Kyle Walters and head coach Mike O’Shea work every day to improve our football team. There is no question our fans deserve a championship and we won’t rest until this team wins the Grey Cup,” Miller added.
The Bombers are hosting the 103rd Grey Cup game at Investors Group Field on November 29.
