A 21-year-old man from Nelson House has died following a stabbing on the the Nisichawayasihk First Nation in northern Manitoba.
RCMP were called for the report of an unresponsive male at around 12:20 p.m. on Saturday.
The victim was taken to the Nelson House nursing station, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Edita Annette Rae Spence, 20, has been arrested and charged with manslaughter.
She was scheduled to appear in Thompson court today.
Police are continuing to investigate.
