Two people were killed Friday afternoon in a crash just north of Swan River, Manitoba.
A pickup truck and semi-trailer truck collided on Highway 10 near Road 216 North just before 2:30 p.m.
RCMP say the 52-year-old Bowsman woman driving the pickup, along with her 24-year-old female passenger from Sturgis, SK, were pronounced deceased at the scene.
The 52-year-old Cowan, Manitoba man driving the semi was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
RCMP are investigating the cause of the crash.
