Woman’s Death in God’s Lake Narrows Deemed Suspicious

RCMP Crest LogoThe death of a 23-year-old woman in God’s Lake Narrows, Manitoba is being treated as suspicious.

RCMP located the woman’s body Monday at around 1 p.m. in an isolated area.

“In order to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation, no further details are being released at this point,” said Sgt. Bert Paquet of the Manitoba RCMP. “Based on the initial steps of this case, officers do not believe there is a risk to public safety.”

Reports identify the victim as Krystal Andrews, saying she had been missing for three days prior to her death.
