WINNIPEG — Motorists who request roadside assistance from CAA Manitoba will now be able to monitor, in real-time, the status of their request.

The new service tracker is an online tool accessible to CAA’s 200,000 members, showing the step-by-step process of their request.

“We’re thrilled to offer our members an improved level of access and service,” said Mike Mager, president and CEO of CAA Manitoba.

“Our Members will be able to use this tool from anywhere — whether at home on our website, or on the go with our app on a smartphone. Updates are never more than a click away.”

The service is only available in Winnipeg and Brandon, but the plan is to roll it out province-wide in the years to come.

The service tracker is accessible online or through CAA’s mobile app.
