The Winnipeg Goldeyes will open their 2016 season on May 19 when they face the Joplin Blasters at Joe Becker Stadium.
The Fish will be on the road for the first 10 games of the American Association season-opening schedule, with a series of games against the defending champion Laredo Lemurs and Lincoln Saltdogs.
Winnipeg fans will see the Goldeyes for the first time at Shaw Park on Monday, May 30 when the team hosts the Sioux Falls Canaries.
Shaw Park will welcome nine different association opponents during the season.
The Goldeyes’ 2016 promotional schedule and set times for away games will be announced at a later date.
