Winnipeg police are looking for a man they say masturbated in front of a 10-year-old girl walking to school in the Maples.
It happened the morning of December 3 when the suspect dropped his pants and performed the indecent act. No contact was made with the girl and she wasn’t injured.
The suspect is described as approximately 6’0″ tall, thin build, wearing a dark jacket, toque, scarf and grey sweatpants.
