WINNIPEG — The residential parking ban put into place over the weekend has been lifted.

Crews plowed residential streets after last Wednesday’s snowfall, which brought between 15-20 cm of snow to the city.

If some streets were missed or partially cleared, crews will return in the coming days to address the outstanding clearing. However, residents are permitted again to park on any residential street, but are encouraged to move their vehicles should they see snow-clearing equipment in their area.

The annual snow route parking ban remains in effect daily from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. until March 1, 2016.
