Woman, 86, Killed in Stony Mountain House Fire

RCMP Crest LogoAn 86-year-old woman has died in a house fire in Stony Mountain, Manitoba.

The blaze broke out Friday at around 11:30 p.m. on School Road.

The victim was found unresponsive by firefighters and transported to a local hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.

RCMP and the Office of the Fire Commissioner are continuing to investigate. Foul play is not suspected.
