A 24-year-old man died Thursday after falling from the St. Vital Bridge.
Winnipeg police and paramedics were called to the area near Osborne Street and Dunkirk Drive just before 3:30 a.m.
Police say the man was injured after falling from the bridge and landing on the ice below.
He was taken to hospital in critical condition, where he later died.
Police don’t consider the incident to be suspicious in nature.
The man’s name isn’t being released.
