Woman’s Body Removed from Pritchard Avenue Home

Winnipeg Police CrestThe body of a woman was removed from a home in the 200 block of Pritchard Avenue on Monday.

Winnipeg police were called to the residence at around 10:40 a.m. to check on the well-being of an individual.

Police say an initial investigation found the woman may have been injured or in need of medical assistance. The circumstances surrounding her death are unconfirmed, and the homicide unit is investigating.

The victim has been identified as Marilyn Rose Munroe, 41.
