Manitoba Lung Association - Breath of Spring Tulip CampaignSpring may not be in the air just yet, but the Manitoba Lung Association already has tulips on their mind.

More than 5,000 of the flowers will be shared throughout 250 workplaces across the province as part of the Breath of Spring Tulip Campaign.

The annual fundraiser draws on thousands of volunteers to sell the tulips. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today, volunteers will be set up in the atrium of the U of M’s Brodie Centre at 727 McDermot Avenue.

On Friday, students from Sisler High School will be selling the tulips at the Seven Oaks General Hospital from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Winnipeggers can support the campaign by visiting public displays at the Kenaston, St. Vital, Unicity and Taylor Walmarts from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 5 and 6.
