Four people were the victims of a pepper spraying Tuesday evening at Kildonan Place Shopping Centre.
Winnipeg police say a 15-year-old boy was part of a group that confronted another group and allegedly unleashed a canister of bear spray in their direction.
The teen fled the mall, but was tracked down a short distance away by the canine unit.
The incident happened at around 9 p.m.
He was arrested and charged with four counts of assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon, unauthorized possession of a prohibited device or ammunition, as well as failing to comply with conditions of an undertaking.
The teen remains at the Manitoba Youth Centre.
