Manitoba’s Esso stations will soon be sold to Parkland Fuel Corp. as part of a $2.8 billion nationwide deal.
Imperial Oil is selling off its 497 remaining Esso stations to five fuel distributors.
The buyers include Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. for stations in Ontario and Quebec, 7-Eleven Canada Inc. for sites in Alberta and British Columbia, Harnois Groupe petrolier for sites in Quebec, and Wilson Fuel Co. Limited for sites in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.
Parkland Fuel Corp. will own Esso sites in both Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
