Police say the robbery happened last Saturday night at around 10 p.m. in the 400 block of Horace Street.
The suspect rang the doorbell and the victim spoke to him through a side window. The man asked to use the phone due to car trouble. He was passed a cordless phone, but managed to climb into the open window. Police say he threatened the resident and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. The victim wasn’t injured.
