Old Dutch chips have returned to the shelves of 7-Eleven stores across Canada.
The two brands reunited after customers voiced their concerns for the chips’ departure.
Traditional flavours such as ketchup, the standard Rip-L chips, Dutch Crunch Jalapeno Cheddar Kettle chips, the new Ridgies selection of appetizer and food truck themes, and the popular Hawkins Cheezies returned to shelves on Monday.
“We’re excited to welcome Old Dutch potato chips back into our stores,” said Nick Angelo, senior director of merchandising for 7-Eleven Canada.
“Old Dutch is a beloved and nostalgic brand that many Canadians have grown up with, and we look forward to reuniting Slurpee with Old Dutch snacks.”
Old Dutch chips are produced in Winnipeg, with additional production in Calgary and Hartland.
