A fire at a home in the 800 block of Ashburn Street uncovered a marijuana grow-op on Sunday.
Firefighters were called at around 4:50 a.m. to the residence, where two people and several cats made it out safely.
A marijuana grow operation was found on the lower level of the home once the fire was extinguished.
Officers seized 292 marijuana plants worth an estimated $327,000, grow-op equipment worth $5,000 and 157 grams of marijuana worth $1,570.
A 40-year-old man and 30-year-old woman are facing charges.
Both were released on a promise to appear.
