Winnipeg police are looking for a 25-year-old man who went missing on April 2 in south Winnipeg.
Kean Luo, who also goes by Chris, is described as Malaysian, 5’9”, 150 pounds with short black hair, brown eyes and glasses. It’s not known what he may have been wearing at the time.
Luo is known to drive a 2010 grey Volvo, two-door, S Series, bearing Minnesota plate #154REY. His vehicle was recovered in the Kenora area and Winnipeg police have been working with the Ontario Provincial Police in the investigation.
