Manitoba RCMP say the single-vehicle crash occurred when a pickup truck lost control on East Side Road at around 8:15 a.m., about five kilometres south of the Bloodvein River Bridge.

The 51-year-old woman driving the truck was ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene. Her front passenger, a 50-year-old man, was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. A third passenger, a 48-year-old man, was not injured.
