A 61-year-old Winnipeg man has been charged after police shut down two marijuana grow operations on Thursday.
Search warrants were carried out in the 500 block of Balmoral Avenue and 500 block of Elgin Avenue.
The Balmoral location turned up 364 marijuana plants with an estimated value of $418,880. The Elgin location exposed remnants of stored and packaged marijuana, with proceeds of crime totalling $1,045.
The suspect has been charged with two counts of producing a scheduled substance, possession of a scheduled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possessing proceeds of crime.
He was released on a promise to appear.
