Provencher Bridge (WIKIPEDIA)
The Provencher Bridge will be closed to all eastbound and westbound traffic this weekend for maintenance.
The city says the closure will begin at 6 a.m. on Saturday, May 28 and last until 10 p.m. on Sunday, May 29. The lane closure is for maintenance of expansion joint seals.
Motorists should use alternate routes such as Louise Bridge or Norwood Bridge.
Pedestrian access to the north sidewalk will be maintained on Saturday, May 28. The Esplanade Riel will remain open.
