A 25-year-old man was killed early Sunday after the pickup truck he was driving lost control and crashed into a building in the 1900 block of Corydon Avenue.
The Ford F-150 was travelling eastbound on Corydon near Edgeland Boulevard at around 1:20 a.m. when the collision occurred.
Winnipeg police say the driver and his male passenger, also 25, were taken to hospital in critical condition.
The driver was later pronounced deceased.
Police say speed appears to be a contributing factor.
Roads in the area are expected to be closed until later Sunday afternoon.
