A 33-year-old man who was lodged at the Main Street Project over the weekend has died.
Emergency personnel responded to the area of Tache Avenue and Dollard Boulevard at around 10:45 a.m. on Saturday for a report of a “male down.”
He was turned over to police, who took the victim to the Main Street Project. At around 2:15 p.m., staff found the man to be unresponsive. He was taken to hospital and pronounced deceased.
Police are continuing to investigate.
