Three men were assaulted early Thursday while walking to a bus stop.
The attack happened at around midnight in the area of Polson Avenue and Andrews Street.
Winnipeg police say two teens assaulted the trio before they were able to turn over the property in their possession.
One man was knocked unconscious and remains in hospital in critical condition. The two other victims were able to flee. One of them was treated and released, while the other man didn’t require medical attention.
Police were unable to track down the suspects, but say both are described as aboriginal in appearance, 5’8″ in height and between the ages of 16 and 17.
