June 4, 2016 2:04 PM | News

The man driving a vehicle that lost control and crashed into a building on Corydon Avenue May 29 has died.

The collision happened in the 1900 block of Corydon when a Ford F-150 travelling eastbound near Edgeland Boulevard struck a building at around 1:20 a.m.

The second victim has been identified as Jordan Allarie, 25.

The 25-year-old male passenger in the vehicle, Cody Galbraith, was also killed. Allarie had been in hospital since then in critical condition, but died Friday night from his injuries.

Winnipeg police say both speed and alcohol appear to be factors in the crash.
