A woman in her 20s was approached by a naked man who committed an indecent act early Thursday.
Winnipeg police say it happened at around 12:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Broadway.
The woman was sitting in her vehicle at the rear of her residence at the time. She remained locked inside until the suspect eventually left.
He is described as Caucasian, between 30 and 40 years of age, approximately 5’8” in height, thin build, wispy blonde hair, facial stubble, and possibly had a tattoo on his shoulder. The suspect may have been associated to a white coloured car parked in the area.
