UPDATE: Wednesday, June 22 — Leah Castel, 19, from Pukatawagan, has been charged with second-degree murder and one count of attempted murder.
Castel remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in The Pas Court on Wednesday, June 23.
The male originally detained by investigators has been released without charges. The surviving victim remains in hospital, in stable condition.

Manitoba RCMP are investigating a homicide in Pukatawagan after two males were injured early Monday.
Police were called to the nursing station at 4:35 a.m., where one of the victims succumbed to his injuries. His death is being treated as a homicide.
Few details are available, but RCMP have the other person in custody.
Police continue to investigate.
