The Winnipeg Jets have re-signed goaltender Michael Hutchinson to a new two-year contract.
The Barrie, Ontario native will collect an average of $1.15 million per season under his new deal.
Hutchinson, 26, appeared in 30 games this past season with the Jets, recording a 9-15-3 record with a 2.84 goals against average and a .907 save percentage. Over his NHL career, Hutchinson has a 32-26-8 record with a 2.53 goals against average and .912 save percentage in 71 career games.
