Manitoba RCMP believe alcohol was a factor in a crash that killed a 40-year-old Winnipeg man near Grand Beach on Sunday night.
Emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 59 just south of the Grand Beach junction at around 10:30 p.m.
Police say the southbound SUV rolled after losing control, ejecting the two people inside.
The 40-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene, while a 28-year-old woman, also from Winnipeg, remains in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
No further details have been released.
