Two people have been charged in relation to a homicide in Birdtail Sioux First Nation on July 8.
A 59-year-old man from the community was found unresponsive at around 7:45 p.m. inside a residence. Dakota Ojibway Police Service and paramedics attended, but the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Steven Lee Gregory, 32, and Lisa Phyllis Bunn, 48, both from Birdtail Sioux First Nation, have been charged with manslaughter.
The pair was to appear in Brandon court on Tuesday.
