A 39-year-old Brandon man is facing assault charges after allegedly punching his ex-girlfriend in the face.
Police were called for a domestic assault in the 1000 block of Rosser Avenue at around 11:30 p.m. on Monday.
Police located the man a short distance away and made an arrest.
He was intoxicated and on three different court orders to not communicate with the victim.
He was scheduled to appear in Brandon court on Tuesday.
