Cottage owners in Manitoba will be getting a two-year freeze on any increases to service fees and Crown land rental fees in provincial parks.
Cottage fees cover a variety of services including garbage disposal, water and waste water, and road maintenance.
Any future changes will go before cottage owners and associations for consultation, the province said.
Fees paid in 2016 will remain the same for the 2017 and 2018 season.
