The suspect threatened the man if he contacted police.
Police are looking for a Caucasian man approximately 6’0″ tall, who spoke with a slight accent of an unknown language. He has short brown hair, dark coloured eyes and was wearing a blue-coloured baseball hat, shorts and a T-shirt.
