Police have made an arrest in the death of a man found deceased in the 300 block of Bannerman Avenue.
Police found Eugene Allan Harris, 62, of Winnipeg on Tuesday morning. An autopsy revealed the victim suffered injuries consistent with an assault.
Vincent Morin, 31, of Winnipeg has been charged with manslaughter.
