A 39-year-old Winnipeg man is facing charges after three kilograms of cocaine was found inside his vehicle.
Graham Gordon Spence was pulled over on August 19 as part of an RCMP investigation near Broadway Avenue and Maryland Street.
Police discovered powered cocaine and seized three cell phones from the Toyota Corolla he was driving.
Spence has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and will appear in Winnipeg court September 22.
