WINNIPEG — Local burger joint Nuburger will soon be opening up at The Forks.
It’s the third city location for the company, which specializes in locally-source ingredients.
“Having a Nuburger at The Forks Market is like getting to be part of Winnipeg culture,” said Kyle Matheson, co-founder and owner of Nuburger.
“We’re really looking forward to bringing our fresh buns to The Forks. Expect the same great flavours that we offer in our full-service restaurants but in an express kiosk.”
The restaurant will become a tenant in the recently-redeveloped food hall this November.
Nuburger opened up its first Winnipeg location in 2011 at 472 Stradbrook Avenue. Their newest spot is at 1650 Kenaston Boulevard next to Sobeys.
