A traffic stop on Highway 59 has three Winnipeg men facing numerous drug charges.
Police pulled over a vehicle on September 19 at around 3 a.m. near Road 81 North in the RM of St. Clements, Manitoba.
The driver was being deceitful about his identity, forcing RCMP to arrest him for obstructing police. He was searched and baggies of white powder believed to be cocaine were found.
Two passengers in the vehicle were also found to be in possession of drugs.
Zuhair Mohammad, 21, Delano Wilson, 20, and Awrangzaib Seerat, 29, all from Winnipeg, were arrested and face several charges.
Seerat and Wilson were released on promises to appear, while Mohammad remains in custody.
